Myocardial Bridging Contemporary Understanding of Pathophysiology With Implications for Diagnostic and Therapeutic Strategies

Patients with myocardial bridges are often asymptomatic but this anomaly may be associated with exertional angina, acute coronary syndromes, cardiac arrhythmias, syncope or even sudden cardiac death.
